Volunteering at the Summit = Perks!

Monday February 25-26, 2019
Marriott Indianapolis North

Registration Volunteer: Volunteers will be responsible for the following:

  • Operate the registration table (guest check-in includes pulling nametags, handing out programs and/or giveaways)
  • Directing guests to the meeting rooms and answering general questions
  • Assisting the Director of Grants and Operations at the registration desk, as needed

Monday – February 25

  • 1 volunteer - 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (breakfast provided)
  • 1 volunteer – 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m. (lunch provided)
  • 2 volunteer 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (dinner provided)

Tuesday – February 26

  • 1 volunteer - 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (breakfast provided)

Room Set-up/Sponsor Exhibitor/Runner Volunteer: Volunteer will be responsible for ensuring each breakout room is equipped with the following:

  • Room monitor packets
  • PowerPoint clickers
  • Wi-Fi passcode
  • Presenter Instructions
  • Volunteer will ensure each sponsor exhibit station is set with name cards.
  • Volunteer will also be on hand to help as needed.

1 volunteer Monday 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (breakfast provided)

Reception/Gala Volunteer: Volunteer will be responsible for setting the room with award programs, table signs, and awards, and help attendees find table numbers if needed

1 volunteer Monday - 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (dinner provided)

Session Monitor Volunteer: Volunteers will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring the AV and pressing “easy” button for help, as needed
  • Welcoming session participants
  • Introducing the session presenters
  • Keeping time for the presenters
  • Making any closing announcements, if applicable

Monday –

  • 3 volunteers -10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (lunch provided)
  • 3 volunteers - 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (lunch provided)
  • 1 volunteer -2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (dinner provided)

Tuesday –

  • 1 volunteer - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)
  • 3 volunteers - 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (breakfast provided)
  • 3 volunteers - 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (lunch provided)
