welcome to Indiana Campus Compact

For over 20 years, Indiana Campus Compact (ICC) has helped member institutions mobilize students state-wide to communities in need. In 2014, ICC supported over 13,000 individuals through grant programs, professional development opportunities, resources, and networking. Indiana Campus Compact was formed in 1993 as a formal compact between Indiana college and university presidents to commit themselves to their communities through service. ICC is the only organization in the state that works with public, independent, and two-year institutions of higher education.

5th Annual Service Engagement Summit

Supporting Students in Social Ventures: Preparing Students for a life of career and service.

March 26-27, 2015 at the Indianapolis Marriott North.

Updated Program

Online registration is closed, however onsite registration will be available during the Summit.

The two-day event will feature presentations and workshops from state, national, and local leaders in the field of service and community engagement in higher education. Included in the program is an afternoon workshop for provosts and deans and a day-long workshop for students.

On Thursday, March 26th we will celebrate the signing of a compact between 35 Indiana college and university presidents and chancellors as they publicly agree to commit themselves to their communities through service while preparing students as future leaders. This declaration on the part of Indiana Campus Compact members, signifies the commitment they have made to dedicate themselves to campus and community engagement. The program will include a cocktail reception, the public presentation of the compact, and an awards ceremony honoring faculty, students, staff, and community members who have connected service and learning in a reciprocal way.
