The University of Saint Francis community will unite both on and off campus through a variety of efforts.

Valparaiso University’s 2007 celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will take place January 12 to 15.

This event, organized by undergraduate students, honors one of the greatest freedom activists of all time, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Volunteer Students Bureau is hosting a "Fair of Fun".  It is an event for elementary school-ages children to promote the idea of "A day ON, not a day OFF" for MLK Day.  Student organizations from IU , as well as from Bloomington High School South
are asked to host activity tables focusing on teachings of Dr. King.  Food and entertainment are also provided. The fair will be on Monday, January 15th, 2007 from 11am-3pm in the Bloomington High School South cafeteria.
