MENTOR Spotlight Award
To call attention to the benefits of mentoring, MENTOR is holding the inaugural "MENTOR's Spotlight Award". MENTOR encourages mentoring programs all around the country to underscore and recognize the work of one or two of their most outstanding pairs by nominating them for the 2006 MENTOR's Spotlight Award. Any pair you nominate should exemplify the powerful impact mentoring can have on a young person.

Richard J. Wood Student Community Commitment Award for exemplary community service was named after the former president of Earlham College who was founding chairman of Indiana Campus Compact and President of its board from 1992 to 1996. It was established to recognize students at Indiana Campus Compact member campuses who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community involvement through service.

Brian Douglas Hiltunen Award was established in 2000 to honor the memory of  Brian and his work with faculty who are practicing the scholarship of  ngagement. With this award we celebrate Brian’s life and commitment to the transforming power of community service. As a member of ICC, Brian helped to design Faculty Fellows and the Scholarship of Engagement Programs that support faculty in their endeavors to recommit to service and thereby become connected to the community. He was committed to involving faculty in this work of engagement because of his firm belief in its benefits to our students and communities, and to its fulfillment of the truest purposes of higher education.

National Campus Compact Awards
The Ehrlich Faculty Award for Service-Learning, the Swearer Student Humanitarian Award, and the Frank Newman Leadership Award recognize outstanding acheivements in the field of service-learning and civic engagement.
