Formed in 1993, Indiana Campus Compact is a partnership of college and university presidents and chancellors who have committed themselves and their institutions to their communities through mutually beneficial and meaningful collaborations to create engaged citizens and vibrant communities.

ICC is the only organization in the state that brings all sectors of higher education – private, public, and community colleges – together to positively impact Indiana through service engagement. This ability to leverage campus and community talent and resources around this work is critical to support Indiana’s most pressing needs and support Hoosier residents and communities.

Indiana Campus Compact invests in its partner campuses through training, grants, and the professional network it provides for faculty, staff, and students. Through that support, Indiana campuses partner with community agencies to make a difference for tens of thousands of community members each year.

INCC Franklin College Interfaith Hunger Strike 3Last year we invested over $586,000 in our partner campuses through grants and trainings. Our staff develops high quality programs to enrich the service engagement work of faculty, staff, and students.

We have gained a reputation in the field for providing our partners the opportunity to hear the brightest speakers, participate in the most thought provoking and useful workshops, and create programming that will leave a lasting impact on our society for years to come.

Indiana Campus Compact is a state affiliate of Campus Compact, a national coalition of 1,000+ colleges and universities committed to the public purposes of higher education.

The Campus Compact network includes state and regional Compacts throughout the country. State and regional Compacts serve local member institutions and communities while advancing national initiatives and place-based programming in pursuit of our shared mission.
