Tips for Higher Education Disaster Response

Yesterday Vermont and Connecticut Campus Compacts co-hosted a conference call for campuses on the east coast to discuss response to Sandy and hear some "lessons learned" from folks who have lead response efforts in the past.

The result is a set of principles for campuses to consider, a link to some resources, and a facebook page! We hope the facebook page will help campuses (both those directly impacted, and those who are further away and want to help) to share strategies, ideas, and announcements around response.

Here is the link to the resources on CTCC’s website: http://blog.fairfield.edu/campuscompact/?page_id=1348 (we'll continue adding to this site as a few more resources come in)
