T Lubbers icontactWhat participants had to say about the 2012 Civic Leadership Conference:

- I learned so much from Commissioner Lubber's presentation. She motivated me to become more aware of what our state government leaders in the state house are doing when it comes to education in Indiana.

- It was so valuable to learn from senators and legislators who know how we can get our ideas put into action and have them teach us how to do it.

- Meeting and talking with other student leaders from across the state was a highlight of the conference.

-The collaboration between a diverse group of people all sharing ideas for a common purpose has reinforced my commitment to stay engaged.

- I appreciated being able to communicate concerns of college students to other campus leaders and members of the statehouse in a true dialogue.
