Indiana Campus Compact (ICC) advances the public purpose of higher education in Indiana by educating citizens, preparing tomorrow’s leaders, and contributing to the quality of life of our communities, and plays a critical role in promoting the awareness of higher education’s role in graduating well-informed, civically engaged citizens. ICC is partnering with the Lumina Foundation for the Statewide Civic Leadership Conference that will bring together Indiana’s student leaders from public, private, two year and four year campuses for a day of leadership development, networking, and engagement aimed at supporting the civic growth and participation of today’s college students.

During this one day conference, students will hear from education and government leaders from around the state; engage in meaningful conversations that focus on the issues effecting higher education in Indiana; and have the opportunity to come together – around a shared commitment to action – creating a strengthened network of informed, civic leaders in Indiana higher education. Moreover, participants will bolster their civic competence – preparing them to become lifelong civic leaders.

Location : West Market Conference Center (ISTA Building), Indianapolis
