Q: Why doesn't the registration link my colleague forwarded to me work?
A: A unique url is generated by the registration system each time the direct registration link is used. That means a link copied from his or her browser is not the direct link to registration. Q: Do I have to set up an account?
A: Yes, f this is your first time registering using Indiana University’s Office of Conference and Event Registration Services system, you will need to set-up a user account. Once an account has been created, you will be able to proceed with the registration process.
Q: Can I register more than one person?
A: Yes, select “I am not registering, I am registering someone else.” If you are registering more than one person, you will need to register each of them individually.
Q: Do I have to pay for each person indvidually?
A: No, indicate that you'll pay by check and put all registration fees on one check. You must include all registation confirmations with payment.
Q: What kind of payment does the online registration system accept?
A: You can either pay by credit card online or request an invoice and pay by check. Credit card payments will show on your statement from IUBL-CONF. Check payments should be made out to Indiana University and should reference #469-12 and the registrant's name on the check or stub. If you are paying for multiple registrations, you may pay using one check, but must include all registration confirmations with payment.
